    Who Can Join:

    Body Basics is open to all fitness levels and backgrounds. No prior pole fitness experience is required. Our class welcomes individuals of all genders, ages, and body types. You only need an open mind and a positive attitude!

    What to Wear: Wear comfortable workout attire that allows your skin to grip the pole, such as shorts and a tank top. We recommend avoiding lotion or oils on the day of the class to ensure a secure grip on the pole.

    Lit & Limber is a dynamic and empowering fusion of hip-hop dance and pole fitness. This class is designed to make you feel empowered, confident, and in control as you explore the art of dance and movement on the pole. Whether you're new to dance or a seasoned mover, this class will cater to all skill levels, guiding you through exciting choreography and pole transitions.

    What to Expect:

    • Energetic Warm-Up: Kickstart your class with a heart-pumping warm-up that incorporates hip-hop-inspired movements to get you into the groove and ready to rock.

    • Hip-Hop Dance & Twerking: Explore the art of twerking, perfecting your rhythm and body isolations. Our experienced instructors will break down the steps making it easy for beginners to follow along and dance with confidence.

    • Fluid Pole Transitions: Discover the magic of seamless pole transitions that connect your moves into a mesmerizing dance routine. You'll learn how to glide, spin, and flow on the pole, effortlessly moving from one trick to another.

    Allure & Aerials is a class dedicated to elevating your pole flow artistry by exploring the world of aerial pole moves and fluid transitions. If you have a solid understanding of pole fundamentals, including climbing, and are eager to progress to the next level, this class is the perfect opportunity to master inverts and unlock your aerial potential.

    What to Expect:

    Advanced Aerial Maneuvers: We'll delve into a repertoire of advanced aerial pole tricks, including inverts, leg hangs, and challenging holds. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each move with precision and attention to detail.

    • Inversions Mastery: Inverting on the pole requires strength, technique, and confidence. In this class, we'll focus on perfecting your inverts, working on different grips, and improving your ability to execute controlled inversions.

    Who Can Join

    Allure & Aerials is exclusively designed for experienced pole dancers at Level 3 and above. To participate in this class, you should be comfortable with pole climbing and have a solid foundation in intermediate pole moves. We recommend joining this class only if you feel confident in your pole skills and are eager to progress to more challenging aerial techniques.

    What to Wear:

    Wear comfortable pole fitness attire that allows your skin to grip the pole, such as shorts and a sports bra or tank top. Ensure that your attire does not obstruct movement during inversions and aerial work.

  • Class Description:

    Open Pole is where you can come and practice on your own. This is not lead by an instructor.

    What to Wear: Wear comfortable athletic wear that allows for a wide range of movement. Shorts and tank tops are recommended to enable your skin to grip the pole securely. Bring water to stay hydrated throughout the class.
